Dryxalonghap provides consultation services for selecting household appliances. As consultation services are intangible and delivered through direct interaction, requests for refunds or service returns must be made within 14 days from the date of service completion or the scheduled consultation date, whichever is later.
For services that have not yet been completed, you may request a cancellation at any time prior to the scheduled service delivery date.
Return Conditions
Refunds for consultation services are considered under the following conditions:
- Service cancellation requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation
- Service dissatisfaction due to failure to deliver promised consultation services
- Technical issues preventing service delivery that are not attributable to the customer
- Service provider cancellation or inability to deliver the service
Refunds may not be available if the consultation service has been fully delivered and completed, unless there are exceptional circumstances as determined by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
As consultation services are delivered digitally or through direct interaction rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns or cancellations of consultation services.
If you have received any physical materials as part of a consultation package, return shipping costs for those materials may apply and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Return Process
To request a return or refund for consultation services, please follow these steps:
- Contact us through our contact page within the specified return timeframe
- Provide your order or consultation reference number
- Explain the reason for your return or refund request
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

Non-Refundable Services
The following services or circumstances are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Consultation services that have been fully completed and delivered
- Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before scheduled consultation without valid reason
- No-show situations where the customer fails to attend a scheduled consultation
- Customer dissatisfaction with recommendations when services were delivered as described
- Changes in customer requirements after service completion
Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
General Legal Requirements
This Return Policy is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights under the laws of your jurisdiction, including:

Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order for consultation services under the following conditions:
- Before Service Delivery: Orders can be cancelled at any time before the scheduled consultation or service delivery date
- Cancellation Notice: Provide at least 48 hours notice for scheduled consultations to avoid cancellation fees
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- Emergency Cancellations: Emergency situations may warrant exceptions to standard cancellation policies

Refund Procedure
When a refund is approved, the following procedure applies:
- Refund approval will be confirmed via email within 5 business days of your request
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles. For other payment methods, processing times may vary.
In case of partial refunds, the amount will be prorated based on the portion of services not delivered or utilized.

Please note that Dryxalonghap provides consultation services only. We do not sell household appliances directly. For returns or exchanges of appliances purchased from retailers, please refer to the return policies of the respective retailer where your purchase was made.
